Bear Cabin

This Cozy Dry Cabin is situated in the heart of moose country Alaska! Enjoy the sights and create lasting memories as local wild moose dine on vegetation around the property during your stay. Located at a short and beautiful 1.7 mile walk from the Kenai Peninsula Fair Grounds where the Salmonfest and Kenai Peninsula Fair are held each summer. This Cabin has a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker (coffee, cups and creamer provided) and linens. Come and enjoy the Wild Alaska Last Frontier!

The space

Wildman Getaway is a private cozy Alaska experience situated on the Kenai Peninsula yet is only a 5 minute drive away from the local 3 Bears convenience store and is surrounded by world class fishing locations in Kenai and Homer. It's best of both worlds!

Guest access

During your stay you'll have full use of the wash-house which includes a washer/dryer, a fully plumbed (on septic) bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. You have access to the community firepit, picnic tables and grassy play field.

Other things to note

There are year round tenants that live up on the hill at the property. Please be respectful of their privacy and adhere to the quite hours of 10PM - 8AM. Any violation of their privacy or the quite hours rule will not be tolerated, guests found in violation will be asked to leave and no refunds will be granted.
